Still finalizing/formatting the dictionary. Over 42% complete. Also deleted over 1000 terms along the way. This is going to be one compacted little powerhouse dictionary once complete!

More than 1/3 the way through editing and formatting the dictionary. Certainly taking longer than I had ever hoped but honestly the results is so far fantastic. This certainly will be a HUGE aid to future PE exam takers. I certainly wish I had a tool such as this available when I was taking the exam. by Just finished teaching my last class this Spring in Columbus, OH. Class was great and they should all pass WR/ENV AM and PM for those taking depth.
OK, now back to editing the dictionary. To date, edited just 532 of 10706 definitions (just a hair under 5%) – so many more to do!

Will be teaching a PE review course in Ohio for the first time, looking forward to it.
by Just a quick note for those anxiously awaiting dictionary. I finally finished compiling and formatting the all terms yesterday. Now, I am left with the tedious task of rewriting, removing duplicates, etc. While boring, it will be satisfactory to review each and every term one last time. With over 10,000+ terms, my goal is be completed with this exercise by end of April? We’ll see … I’ll keep you updated. As of today I am still on track to publish by mid-summer.
by Just finished teaching PE review courses in Miami, FL the weekend of Feb 11-12th and in Newark, NJ the weekend of Feb 18-19th. Both classes were excellent and should have no trouble with the Water Resources and Environmental portions of the PE – Civil exam.
Now back to formatting that dictionary … My goal is to finish all the formatting by the end of March, rewrite certain definitions in April-May, preview in June and publish in July 2012!
by For all those interested, I am making good progress on the dictionary. I have finalized the word list and am currently formatting the definitions. Once formatting is complete, I will merge duplicates and re-write most to condense definitions. After that, simply getting the dictionary into publication shape and forward to printer.
